Anytime I leave the house with my four young daughters
would be considered a mission. So why not go with some comfort food and a large "cup o joe." Our local Starbucks
at the top of the street usually gets my morning beverage. They are a very courteous group who love to service the morning
rush hour crowd.
This evening I took the opportunity to discuss "sweeteners"
with some of the crew. My discussion entailed what brands of sweeteners they carried and why? For the most part, they neither
cared nor knew the main differences between the sweeteners they have available. That is not to say that the helpful, smiling
staff are remiss of their responsibilities, it just means they don't know the differences.
My intention was to find Equal Brand sweetener and was pleasantly
surprised by the very extensive selection that Starbucks carries in this and most other locations. From regular white sugar
and raw sugar to Equal Brand sweetener and other sugar substitutes.
I enjoy frequenting places
that give you variety and selections that you may or may not have at home. I am one who likes to try different things in
life and will travel around town to make it happen.
Enjoying
my daily ritual with my little ones in tow was all the more special. A "Grande Earl Grey" complete with Equal
Brand sweetener. Heaven...
Now that Halloween is officially over, the stores are all decked out
in Christmas décor. Thankfully, the seasonal music hasn't started yet. I am a lover of the holiday season, and will
continue to frequent my local Starbucks daily for my little piece of heaven.
