Author Shirley Plant has toiled long and hard trying to put together a wonderful example of what
can be accomplished when you research recipes with very strict criteria. She has hit the mark on so many alternative options
to the everyday food we buy in the grocery store.
of you who suffer with food allergies can use this as a helpful guide to open up other nutritional options. And who knows,
you may just find your new favourite meal in the process. Many recipes are free of dairy, wheat, yeast, corn, sugar, eggs,
soy, nuts and in some cases, are gluten-free.
I personally do not suffer food allergies, I found the section, Food Allergies and Intolerances very informative. Understanding
the different types of reactions and what causes them was both, insightful and helpful. I found myself very engaged in the
options this book had to offer.
