3. Pre / Post Natal Massage - Massage Therapy during or after pregnancy can help to alleviate discomforts associated with the added physical and emotional stress of the body and mind. Massage during pregnancy not only nurtures the mom-to-be but also the growing life inside of her.

4. Reiki - is used as a technique for natural healing, relaxation and stress reduction that will allow the body to have a positive flow of energy to improve health leading to an enhanced quality of life.

5. Ear Candling - is a natural, non invasive procedure that may help alleviate the painful effects of ear infections, sore throat, chronic headaches or sinus conditions, allergies or vertigo, as well as minor hearing loss due to excessive earwax build up.
