Making children’s haircuts FUN!
Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids in Oakville! This children’s salon
is more than just a haircut….it’s a full experience for children of ALL ages! Children 7 and under will enjoy
getting their hair cut in specialty haircutting chairs. They can go off-roading in a pink Barbie Jeep, soar to new heights
in a blue fighter jet or they can go cruisin’ in a red sports car! Kid’s TV and a wide selection of movies are
available for watching during the child’s haircut.
What
better way to entertain a reluctant or apprehensive child! When children are older, they’ll still enjoy having their
haircut at Sharkey’s. With salon-style chairs facing big screen TVs hooked up to PlayStation 3, X-Box 360 or Nintendo
Game Cube…..kids of all ages (and even dads) can now sit back and enjoy a good game during their haircut!
Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids also offers birthday parties in our special
Glamour Girl dressing room… where the birthday girl and her guests will be treated like stars! Each girl is pampered
with party-hair updos, make-up application and painted finger nails. When they are ready, the girls can select from the large
array of dress-up clothes, put on a fashion show and even karaoke on stage! Each girl leaves with a picture of the glamour
group and a choker necklace! Also, a fully stocked toy store, Sharkey’s offers toys, board games, art and craft supplies,
hair accessories, and so much more!

We are very proud of our daughter, she is 11 years old and decided
to part with her waist length hair. She had heard about the opportunity to donate her long locks to children in need.
Angel Hair for Kids is an organization that makes wigs for children to be worn when undergoing life altering medical treatments.
I arranged the appointment at Oakville Sharkey's Cuts for Kids. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive. They
made her feel very comfortable with her decision. My father was in attendance, as this Saturday would have been
my Mom's 68th birthday. In honour of my Mom/Nana we decided that this week would be a great week to donate to a great
cause, a company that makes wigs for young Cancer patients. Her Nana would be extremely proud of her in making this grown
up decision all by herself.
