So why loose leaf? Loose Leaf Tea is cheaper, and better for you than bagged tea. Bagged tea is made from "fannings" or the the lowest quality of tea. Loose leaf is generally the WHOLE leaf, containing the highest levels of antioxidents, theanine, vitamins (C, K, B12 and more), minerals (riboflavin, potassium, carotene, and more), as well as containing lower quantities of caffeine than coffee and pop.
